Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person at the salon.
Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start your treatment on time.
If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us at the latest 360 sati in advance.
Cancellations made less than 360 sati before the appointment may be subject to a charge of 50% of the treatment price.
In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the scheduled treatment.
If you are up to 10 minutes late, we will do our best to provide you with the full service, but in some cases the treatment may be shortened.
Delays longer than 15 minutes may result in appointment cancellation and possible charges.
Payment is made after the treatment is completed at the salon.
In case of allergies, health conditions, or specific requests, please inform us in advance so we can adjust the treatment.
We reserve the right to change appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the client.
